I've had my belly for almost a year now and I love it! For me it's the perfect size for when I want to dress up as a pregnant woman.
My only issue with the belly is that it's a bit to squishy for my liking, I would love if it was just a little firmer so when I bend down it doesn't scream "FAKE BELLY!"

It is a great belly but I wish to have different types of belly button!

Hey everybody, it’s your pal Enby back again! You might remember me from a review of Roanyer’s large sized upgraded silicone pregnant belly. If you haven’t read it, check it out for some context. https://justpaste.it/7pi9t In there I wished for a bigger belly that was better suited for my frame (and just to be bigger in general). Well, when I got the email about the availability of a twins size, I had to get it. I don’t normally pre-order these things, but Roanyer called my bluff, and here we are.

When ordering the belly there were no model shots or measurements, so I had no idea how much bigger it would actually be compared to the previous “large” size belly. During the shipping time some model photos and measurements were posted, which were helpful in giving a ballpark idea of how much bigger it would be. There were some questions about the stretch marks, since all the promotional shots were with the “pregnant line” option where artists actually airbrush in the marks. I didn’t get the airbrushed lines, and the molded marks are perfectly fine. They’re barely visible without the airbrushing, but you can feel them and they’re fine to touch. I’m not sure if they’ll make one without the molded marks, but for now if you order one without the line it’ll still have to get the subtle natural stretch marks. The new bellybutton is great. It pops out a little further and has a nice shape—and if the photos are to be believed, looks even better with the airbrushed line. It’s perfect to touch and really sells the look.

The mold lines on the sides are much more noticeable than on the large regular belly. You could try DIY-blending these if you have the skill, I guess. If you’re just going to be clothed or only show the front of your bump, then removing them is less critical. But if you want to go full bare-belly or wear very revealing clothes, they’ll be noticeable and the only real giveaway that you’re wearing a fake.

The Fit: Donning the twins belly is actually easier than the large single one. The band is about the same height, but the opening is wider and the belt is stretchier. Compared to the standard belly, it’s not as girdle-like in tightness. After wearing it for a few hours, I don’t feel sore at all. For my frame, it feels about right. I still prefer putting it on over my arms versus feet-first, which means getting it on before adding my H-cup breastplate. The band’s extra stretchiness definitely helps. Weight-wise, the specs say that the belly is only 500 grams heaver than the large one, and a scale confirms this. Since this is stuffed with cotton and not silicone, that’s to be expected. My brain (and back) want this to be heavier, but with the way it’s constructed that might add practicality problems for manufacturing. If they can do the silicone S-cup breasts, surely there’s a way to do a hybrid silicone belly? Maybe that won’t be possible without adding some kind of hip or crotch support—I don’t know.

Definitely powder this and your skin before putting it on, same as the breastplates. You’ll definitely sweat a bit on a hot day. I ordered a caucasian one, and it’s a much better skin tone match for me than the large, which was also caucasian. Maybe the color shifts over time, I don’t know, but this one looks like a better match for me.

I would still like to see better blending around the crotch and sternum area, but since these are unisex, it’s hard to say how that could be done. With the large belly I preferred having the top of the belly overlap the bottom of the breastplate, but this time the lip sort of sticks out a bit on my frame. Body tape or using the breastplate to keep it in place helps. This might change over time as I get used to wearing it. Either way, having a taller belt would help, because depending on your frame the overlaps can do weird things with your skin—like getting some flab or skin poking through a gap and looking weird. Nothing clothes can’t hide, but you’ll have to be mindful if wearing more revealing clothing.

Size: The big question is “how much bigger is this compared to the large?” For reference, my waist measurement around the top of my hip bones and navel is just about 37 inches. I have a mild, pinchable paunch that covers up some abdominal muscle, but no real belly. With the large belly, I measured just under 48 inches around the small of my back and the navel. With the twins belly, I measure 53.5 inches around the navel. That doesn’t sound like a huge difference, but that’s only around the waist. Another measurement is the sternum to the end of the belly, and the twins belly comes in at 25 inches versus the large’s 19. The top of the belly also has a considerably larger circumference, because it isn’t as tapered as the large. The curve of the belly, for lack of a better term, is C-shaped and keeps its roundness as it approaches your sternum.

There’s also more distention to the belly as well. It’s hard to measure, but I think I found a reasonable way. I put myself up against a table and laid the twins belly on it and set the regular belly beside it. The large belly is probably an eight inch distention, while the twins is just shy of eleven inches. You will definitely not see your feet, your crotch, or anything but acres of belly. Going to the bathroom becomes a challenge—you’ve been warned. The twins belly sticks out well beyond an H-cup breastplate, whereas the large belly isn’t big enough to look proportional on me. The twins belly would look even better with an east-west breastplate, but I don’t have one yet. Although this belly is very noticeable, you can increase its emphasis on your body by adjusting your bust-to-belly ratio. I know you want to be fertile in all ways, but smaller breasts and wider hips will make you look comparatively bigger. Still, you should use whatever looks best on your frame and what makes you feel good.

But there’s more to this than just the measurements. Subjectively, the twins belly is more bulbous. It’s taller, wider, and doesn’t taper much as it approaches the top and bottom. In fact, placing it side by side with the large belly makes the twins belly look literally twice as wide with a taller, rounder, and fuller shape. That’s a lot of adjectives, but if you are short and have a small frame you might actually look like triplets. You should definitely make sure you want to be bigger before buying it.

Wearing It: I’m about 5’10 and with this on I look way overdue for a single baby or full term with twins. Definitely as advertised. Because it’s not as heavy as I expected, it’s actually not too tiring to walk around with it on. If you’re intending to do cosplay or public performances, you’ll be able to walk around without too much exhaustion. At the end of the day you have to contend with the fact that this is a very big belly. You won’t be able to touch your toes and you’ll definitely lean back in chairs. When sitting down the belly goes wider—it’s very natural and it forces your legs apart to accommodate its girth. Your waddle will be more pronounced, and it feels taut with just the right amount of bounce. A really bouncy belly wouldn’t look right, but it has just enough to feel good. If you have a slim waist, practice going through doors and turning corners, otherwise you’ll be bumping into things.

A great feeling I noticed is that I can’t hold the full twins belly in my arms while wearing it. This wasn’t true with the large singleton belly, because I could put both hands around each other at the navel. Now my fingers barely overlap, and the tips touch the navel. I also can’t get my fingers to overlap at all if I try to support it underneath the bottom of the belly. It has plenty of stretchiness and give, and I only wonder what it would feel like if it had something besides the cotton filling. I also like the texture of the stretch marks. Realistically, you can’t be this big and be perfectly smooth, so just roll with it. Rubbing the belly feels great, especially around the sides and bottom. There’s something amazing about laying on your back or side and rubbing the sides and bottom of the belly. Feeling the area under the bellybutton is great—it’s much wider and rounder than the single belly.

Overall, the photos undersell it a bit. The specs don’t seem like a big difference, but comparing this to a large belly feels like twice as much volume, even though I don’t know how to measure it. The best phrase I could use is “double-wide.” There might only be six more inches of circumference at the widest point, but everything has more circumference, and below the navel it’s just wiiiide. I’ve never been pregnant with twins and don’t know what the experience is like in terms of size, but holding the large belly next to this one in the mirror shows the difference pretty clearly. This is the size I wanted the large belly to be in the first place. Photos are deceiving—I tried taking a few comparison pictures but like Roanyer's site they undersell the difference. It's all in the feel, and I feel big when I wear it.

Of course, the next thing you’ll ask is “would you want to be bigger?” That’s a tough call, honestly. I could see myself buying a quads belly, but I’m not sure how well that would stay on my body using the “belt around the waist” strategy. Ideally such a belly would be combined with a hip pad. Truthfully I would prefer this size to be heavier versus getting a bigger belly. If a quads belly was double the size of this, it would be cartoonishly large. Some people like that, and I’m sure I would for a while, but this has a sense of realism that’s hard to deny. I’m also thinking there’s a level of diminishing returns here for Roanyer, but people buy the S- and X-cup breastplates, so I dunno how much market there would be for a triplets or quads.

Roanyer did a pretty good job of blending where the belly would naturally meet your waist and hips. Since you are pregnant, not fat, the belly has a nice flare from the sides, giving the illusion of stretched skin covering something that’s inside you. When sitting in a chair it spreads a little wider too, and its volume shifts in a great way. It goes almost to the end of my thighs—there’s less than a hand’s worth of difference from the end of the belly to my knee. The less tapered swell makes a great shelf for resting your breasts. Even though the belly is much bigger at the top than the large one, it’s even more massive at the bottom. This belly is all about width and height, and it delivers in those dimensions.

If you don’t have any legitimate maternity wear, you might want to consider investing in some if you buy this. You can wear T-shirts with this, especially if you want the “partially bare belly” look. A stretchy tri-blend medium shirt just about covers the large belly, but struggles with the twins. It barely meets the navel and you’ll be showing a lot of skin, so you’ll want some kind of stretchy maternity pants or shorts to blend the belly into your crotch and legs. Leggings would probably do the trick most of the time. Shirts that are cut appropriately would help flatter it a lot better than regular unisex T-shirts. If you want to roll with the “ T-shirt covers your boobs” look, then you’ll be fine. Just be prepared to have this giant, fleshy globe in your vision at all times. Something else is that if you have a small butt, you will look a bit off. I’m not sure how well this plays with Roanyer’s butts and thighs, but if you’re AMAB you’re going to want something to give you the appropriate hips for this.

Improvements:

I’d like it to be legitimately heavier. Only gaining a pound seems like cheating. Find a way to double the weight while keeping it balanced and it’ll be even better.
Make a triplet or quad belly. But that’s just greed talking. :)
Even though I’m fine with the molded stretch marks, I guess some people would like a purely smooth belly.
Belt should still be taller, at least up towards the top side..
Better packaging. Being loose in a shipping box is a bit worrying.

Conclusion

If you are a bigger person or just want to be a bigger person, this is the one you want. Skip right past the large and get this. Just make sure you know what you’re getting into, because while you won’t look cartoonishly big, you will be transformed into a fertile figure.

Huge, soft, and bouncy. At least twice the volume of the singles size 9 months belly Roanyer offers. Definitely the best fake belly I've ever owned. Fits a tall person like me perfectly and is super comfortable. It would look comically large on a shorter person.
