The silicone breasts are really great and realistic already. What's more, the details are more realistic. As the blood streak, collarbone, nipple, areola and cleavage are particularly good, and it does not look fake at all when wearing it outside. Although it is filled with high elastic cotton, the jitter effect is very good too.

I just received the product and am working on how to put it on and makeup and don't want to be a man anymore.

The forms are quite realistic both in looks and feel, and though the skin colour wasn't quite as close to mine as I was hoping, it is more than close enough for me to work with. I've only worn them once so far, and while getting them on for the first time was a bit of a challenge I was expecting as much, and I suspect it will get easier with practice. Once I had them on and did some adjusting it was actually more comfortable then I was expecting, though I do have a slim build so it might be different on someone built a bit bigger. I also didn't seem to heat up too much from having it on, though I admittedly wasn't doing anything that would cause me to heat up too much in the first place. The neck of the forms is quite long, I believe this is intentional as most people cut it down to fit how they'd like, however this will void any warranty so keep that in mind.
