My review is about the cotton filled pair:
Pros:
-size! They're noticeably bigger than the H cups and I love it!
-The stiffness. The cotton filled ones are rather stiff and appear fake
-The shoulders (oddly enough) actually come out and cover my real shoulders, which seems to soften my naturally broad shoulders, which is nice
Cons:
-The stiffness. While I like it, and I'm sure some people are going for that look, others my not and I don't know if the gel filled look more natural, but I'm sure the unnatural look will turn some people off.
-The surrounding silicone (like on the back and sides), on my pair, is very thin. While it's still very stretchy, my H cup (with gel) has more substance to it...if that makes sense. I'm afraid they may rip eventually
-The collarbone. You either love it or hate it. But at least this pair matches my natural collarbone better than my H cups

Overall, definitely would recommend and I hope to save up for the gel filled ones eventually!

bought the silicone version and am really happy with them. They are huge and the weight is insane. To finally experience what women with breasts this big have to deal with is insane but that's part of the experience and love it. the only thing I would like changed is thicker silicone. I'm afraid they will rip along the sides, thankfully that hasn't happened yet but there h cups have allot more material then the S cups. I'd also like to see a lower version because I keep needing to push the center of the chest to get that nice vacuum seal that makes them feel more apart of me but then I lift my arms and air gets in and makes them feel like an attachment not a part of me. Still worth every penny and wish I could wear them 24/7 thank you

Have once used breast form long time ago. For the ideal final effect, Roanyer is still better. Very realistic and it has great quality and appropriate size.
