What Should Cross-Dressers Eat While en Femme?
Our eating habits affect many aspects of our lifestyle, including our cross-dressing routine.
The thing is, we still need to eat while en-femme, but certain foods should be avoided.
But some others should be consumed and can even help you in your long-term cross-dressing experience.
But many of our sisters don’t know how to choose what to eat while en femme.
To avoid adverse effects, stay away from carbs and junk food, as they may cause discomfort.
Healthier stuff such as tea and fruits, on the other hand, may bring you some benefits.
If you want to know more about them, read this article, as I’ll elaborate on such benefits.
I want to give you a better idea of what a cross-dresser can drink while dressing as a girl.
1. Avoid carbs
Carbs fill you up quicker than anything else, and you don’t want it to happen while en-femme.
It may cause some discomfort and make wearing a corset an absolute nightmare.
Moving around will be more difficult, such as maintaining feminine body language.
The problem is that carbs tend to bloat our stomach, making it hurt while being compressed by shapewear.
At the very least, you’ll have a gas problem in this scenario.
Depending on how much you eat, they will also make you feel heavy and sleepy.
But what carbs are we talking about exactly?
Well, most stuff with plain white flour on the recipe, such as bread, pasta, and cake.
But some grains are also rich in carbs, such as rice and peas.
Be careful around this type of food while en femme, as it can quickly bring you down.
2. Try some fruits
Fruits, in general, are a great, healthy substitute for sugary drinks.
But they help cross-dressers in the long term as well.
Eating fruit while en femme is a way of satiating your hunger without getting a bloated stomach.
They aren’t too heavy to digest and won’t leave you hungry, either.
It’s a balance, and you’ll get even more benefits depending on the fruit you choose.
Orange and citric fruits are rich in vitamin C, which has a tremendous feminizing effect.
It makes our skin appear smooth and more feminine with time.
Bananas, on the other hand, provide you with potassium.
It helps us endure shapewear for longer by making our muscles more flexible.
3. Drink more water
Cross-dressers must keep themselves hydrated constantly.
The compression and extra heat from shapewear make you lose much more water, and you must get it back somehow.
Besides that, cold water helps you prevent a sore throat from making a female voice impression.
But do keep in mind that drinking too much will lead you to the toilet.
And as a cross-dresser, it may not be so easy for you to go to the bathroom.
I’m not talking only about the difficulties of undressing but also the challenge of entering the feminine toilet.
Because of that, you should drink water in moderation. For every couple of hours, 500ml (17 ounces) of water should be enough.
It’s enough to grant you the most benefits and comfort. But if you go over this limit, you may end up in trouble.
4. Salads and cereals
Salads and cereals are both light and nutritious. This is the perfect meal for cross-dressers practicing their endurance.
It means that you can feel satisfied with healthy food and still endure the compression from corsets and other shapewear.
If you did that with junk food, such as fried stuff, you’d have a hard time trying not to get tired.
The secret is that your stomach won’t have too much work digesting salad and cereals.
And because of that, you’ll have extra energy to use for cross-dressing purposes!
5. Teas of certain herbs
Teas can be somewhat therapeutic, but some of them can even affect your appearance.
It’s common for cross-dressers to feel anxious and stressed out.
Even more so if it’s their first time out en-femme, there’s too much going through our heads during these moments.
But if you choose the proper tea, it may help you to calm down and build up some confidence.
For this purpose, try out chamomile and lavender teas, as they are known for assisting people to deal with anxiety.
But it doesn’t have to end there. Spearmint tea, for example, may help us achieve smoother skin since it lowers your testosterone levels.
It is also stated to reduce the growth of body hair.
As we can see, cross-dressing makes eating a bit more complicated. We must avoid heavy foods that would be difficult to digest.
These will make us tired and uncomfortable since shapewear may constrain our stomachs.
Instead, we should give preference to light food, which is easy to digest without spending too much energy.
But besides that, you should try out fruits and teas that have feminizing properties.
