True Story: My In-Laws Caught Me Crossdressing With My Wife’s Clothes

This was an awful and fateful day but a life-changing one as well. I came out to my in-laws as a crossdresser! And no, it wasn’t my intention or something I had planned for. As I was walking downstairs in my crossdressing clothes, I was met with a glaring stare from my in-laws.

My Crossdressing Journey Before and After Meeting My Wife

I seamlessly lived an ordinary life as a devoted husband and father to my beautiful kids. However, beneath this facade, I had been carrying a secret since childhood. My desire was always to express my femininity without fear.

Be open about your journey to your loved ones and give them transitioning time. Change is a process. Otherwise, always demonstrate power to be true to yourself in a society that stigmatizes people who dare to be different.

● Set a normal tone around you

Being unique is hard, as no one likes to be seen as an odd one out. However, you can set a normal tone around you and the vast majority will definitely follow suit. By displaying confidence and consistency, people will eventually accept you.

From my journey to self-discovery and coming out experience, it is apparent that not everyone will accept your true self. However, don’t hold back when it comes to expressing your personality to others. If crossdressing clothes outwardly represent your inner feelings or interests, just go for it.

Societal barriers are a thing of the past. In this day and era, wearing whatever makes you feel good is precious. If you feel like wearing a dress, do so.
