If you love eating and munching on something, especially when working, salads and other green vegetables are the best food to munch on. Eating greens won’t make you fat, and it will help you become full faster than eating junk.
If eating vegetables has never been your habit or if you hate greens, just think about that sexy female figure you’ll achieve after sacrificing and eating what you don’t like. Eating greens can help reduce your appetite because they are rich in fiber.
