- Eat healthily: Eating a healthy diet is significant for everyone, but it’s especially crucial for those dealing with stress and anxiety. Make sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and limit your sugary and fatty foods intake. I know it can be tempting to indulge in comfort food when we’re feeling stressed, but trust me, you’ll feel better in the long run if you stick to a healthy diet.
