For one reason or another, we all use glasses.

● Heart-Shaped Face

A heart-shaped face features a wide forehead and high cheekbones.

Also, it narrows down to the chin in a very notable way.

If this is your type of face, you should look for frames that add width below the eye line.

This is because we want to offset the narrow chin to form a more gradual narrowing.

Look for frames wider in the bottom to achieve this.

Low temples can add some balance to your face shape.

Light colors and rimless glasses will also do the same.

Just pick the style you most like.

Aviators or butterfly glasses are my strongest recommendations.

● Oval Face

Considered the “ideal” shape because of its evenly distributed proportions.

The chin is a bit narrower than the forehead in an oval shape.

Also, the cheekbones are high relative to the face.

If you have an oval-shaped face, you will want to keep things more or less the same.

It would be best if you avoided low temples that unbalanced your face.

Try glasses that are as wide or wider than the broadest part of your face.

Make the emphasis on your face shape by repeating it with the eyewear.

Don’t allow your glasses to distort the oval shape.

A pair of cat eye glasses are cute, feminine, and will look great on you.

● Triangular Shape
