11 foods That Reduce Testosterone to Make Crossdressers More Feminine
Testosterone is a sex hormone that is produced in the testicles.
It helps boys develop manly features such as facial and body hair, muscle strength, and a deeper voice during their teen years.
It also regulates their sex drive (libido) and penis and testes development.
In general, it influences the difference between the outward appearance of females and males.
Thus, if you have lower levels of this hormone, you’ll look more feminine.
If you’ve done your research, you’ve probably come across the term gender-affirming hormone therapy.
This therapy reduces testosterone levels to make us crossdressers more feminine.
It involves the use of estrogen (a female hormone) or testosterone blockers.
However, do you know that some foods work in the same way?
They can either block testosterone or increase estrogen, causing our genitals to decrease and our body and facial hair to recede, among other desirable effects.
Foods like walnuts, tofu, a simple glass of milk, mint, and some candies can increase our femininity.
In this post, I’ll discuss 11 foods that do just that! Hopefully, this piece will help you choose which ones to incorporate into your crossdresser diet.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Soy and soy-based products
Soy protein is a plant-based protein that has all the necessary amino acids.
It’s available in the fitness sector, from smoothie stores to post-workout shops.
Some people claim that it’s an estrogen-inducing and testosterone-killer food. So, what’s the deal?
Most soy products have high quantities of phytoestrogen isoflavones.
These compounds have similar effects to the feminine hormone estrogen.
For starters, estrogen is the principal female sex hormone that inhibits male hormones.
It is vital for men’s sexual function, and so they produce it in much smaller amounts.
Yet, in men, too much estrogen can lead to the accumulation of fat and a loss of muscle mass.
Some researchers say that the phytoestrogen isoflavones inhibit androgen receptor function, which inhibits male hormone production.
Soy is also referred to as “goitrogenic” since it inhibits thyroid function.
The thyroid gland’s inhibition lowers the level of male hormones.
Soy also has a fatty acid profile that’s good for crossdressers!
Polyunsaturated fatty acids, or PUFAs, account for more than half of the fat content in soy.
Excessive consumption of these fatty acids can reduce male hormone levels.
So what’s the takeaway?
Consume as many soy or soy products as possible to lower your male hormone levels.
2. Dairy products
Lately, many researchers have been discussing how milk affects male hormones.
Through intensive farming, dairy cows can now produce milk for extended periods.
Some cows continue producing milk even during their subsequent pregnancies.
In such cases, estrogen, which rises during pregnancies, makes its way into the milk.
Research indicates that men and children who consume such milk have lower levels of male hormones.
The estrogen present suppresses their gonadotropin, resulting in a drop in male hormones.
But, there’s some contradictory evidence that the quantity of estrogen in cow’s milk is too low to influence changes.
Also, the evidence showed that estrogen does not enter the bloodstream.
This implies that its impact on male hormones is relatively tiny.
Even so, small is what we need.
The thought that a simple glass of milk can bring even the slightest changes keeps me going.
Like some prescribed drugs, I take one glass of milk daily.
You should try taking milk or its products too! In the long run, it will all be worth it.
3. Mint
All types of mint, including spearmint, peppermints, and other hybrids, reduce male hormone levels.
Mint has been shown in several studies to affect male hormone levels.
And so, start incorporating high amounts of this herb into your regular crossdresser diet for faster results.
One study on women found that mint can lower male hormone levels.
Women with hirsutism (excess facial hair) were given mint.
Excessive androgen levels cause hirsutism.
The aim was to reduce their male hormone levels.
The women’s excessive facial hair receded with time.
Similarly, some researchers found that mint lowers male hormone levels in male rats.
This implies that you can use mint to lower your male hormones.
The good thing is that mint is easily accessible.
4. Licorice root
Licorice root is a sweetening agent found in candies and beverages.
I’ve always known it as a natural cure in holistic medicine.
It’s usually prescribed for chronic pain and coughing.
Yet, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that it could decrease my male hormone levels.
Studies say that it has plenty of Glycyrrhizic acid, which decreases male hormone levels.
It neutralizes a specific enzyme that catalyzes their production in the Leydig Cells.
So, if they don’t make you sick, eat candies and sweetened beverages; they may be all you need.
5. Vegetable oil
You can find polyunsaturated fatty acids in many common vegetable oils, such as canola, soybean, corn, and cottonseed oil.
These fatty acids are a good source of fat in diets and lower male hormone levels.
I must say, I became less muscular when I started taking more vegetable oil and some dairy products.
I began gaining fats in the right places. I learned that including a few extra teaspoons in your recipes isn’t bad; it gives you faster results.
6. Flaxseed
Flaxseeds are high in heart-healthy lipids, fiber, and essential minerals and vitamins.
Even so, some evidence suggests that they may cause a drop in male hormone levels.
This is due to their high content of lignans.
Lignans are plant components that attach to male hormones and drive them out of your body.
Furthermore, flaxseed contains omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce the levels of male hormones.
So, eating a regular dose of flaxseeds will help you achieve your feminine body goals.
7. Processed foods
Process foods have trans fats, hydrogenated fats, starches, added sugars, and additives.
A diet high in these foods is likely to reduce male hormones.
In one study, a particular diet with desserts decreased male hormone levels in Taiwanese men.
Thus, it would be best to include some pastries into your crossdresser diet to reduce yours, too.
8. Testosterone-Alcohol
Before cutting back on beer or your favorite wine brand, pause for a second; alcohol is good for us!
Heavy drinkers have greater estrogen levels, resulting in more body fat.
Estrogen, as you may know, has the reverse effect on the body as male hormones.
As such, it’s not a coincidence that fat and alcohol go together.
Apart from severe alcoholism, one study published in the Current Drug Abuse Review found that prolonged, frequent drinking can lower male hormone levels.
But don’t get me wrong; this doesn’t mean that we should drown ourselves in alcohol to become more feminine.
Remember, we have class, and we’re health-conscious, so responsible drinking is a must.
9. Testosterone-Nuts
We all know nuts as healthy food that dietitians and health professionals recommend.
Even so, did you know that certain nuts reduce male hormones?
Walnuts and almonds are two of the most popular nuts.
There is a wealth of information about their health advantages available online.
Yet, most authors don’t touch on their benefits to the crossdresser community.
Nuts increase SHBG levels, a molecule that binds to testosterone, thus negating its androgenic effects.
To put it another way, they lower male hormone production.
Nuts also include many polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which also lower production.
They also contain significant levels of phytosterols, which have the same effect.
10. Testosterone-Trans Fats
Trans fats come from vegetable oils abundant in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).
That isn’t all, though. The hydrogenation process causes them to become inflammatory.
Your male hormone levels should drop because of the high PUFAs and inflammation properties.
You should be able to accumulate fat and lose muscles.
You can find trans fats in items like cakes, muffins, doughnuts, potato chips, fast food, and margarine.
Yet, like alcohol, you should eat most of these foods in moderation.
11. Testosterone-Fried Foods
Fried foods have polyunsaturated fatty acids, which lower male hormone levels.
Each time you fry something, it absorbs a large number of PUFAs.
As such, if you want to reduce your male hormones, try frying some of your meals with vegetable oil for added benefits.
Still, remember, we do everything in moderation.
So, find the correct balance; I recommend frying two or three times a week, depending on your schedule.
Changing your diet is a good way of lowering your male hormones.
I know you’re eager to ditch that deep voice or wear those sexy trousers without worrying about looking more lean/muscular.
I understand the struggle; trust me, I’ve been there and experimented with all there is.
One thing that I’ve learned is to be patient.
These foods will guarantee results if you consume them regularly and in moderation.
So, find creative ways of tweaking your current diet plan to incorporate them and watch your body transform.

Im willing to try these but i have decided almost that if i havnt got the bits that produce the testosterone it would be a quicker remedy for me. I was going to Germany last year 2020 except for covid jumping in and was to go private and have an orchidectomy or simply castration surgery. I know some will see this as extreme but something i have considered for some years now and decided it is for me.
