Press into the tops of your shoulders for a few seconds before releasing and repeating for 30 seconds.

We all know that a smile can make us look more attractive and approachable. But what is it about smiling that makes us feel so good? Is it just the physical act of smiling?

You can exercise your smile muscles with just a few minutes of practice a day. To start, smile as wide as you can while keeping your mouth closed. It can help to visualize that your smile is extending from ear to ear. While smiling, try wiggling your nose until you feel your cheek muscles engaging. Hold the pose for about five seconds, and repeat it a couple of times. The muscles around our mouth are responsible for forming our smile so when they become weak or loose over time, they can cause wrinkles around our lips which make us look older than we really are at times! Try doing this exercise twice a day. It will strengthen these muscles so they don’t sag down over time which will help prevent wrinkles from forming there!
Apply Ice Cubes On the Face
When you’re tired from a night out from partying or stressed from work puffiness or redness may appear on the face. One solution is applying ice cubes on the face. Ice is cold and will help reduce the swelling in your face by constricting your blood vessels. The cold temperature helps to constrict your blood vessels, thus reducing redness and puffiness. Ice facials, or “skin icing,” are gaining popularity. It can be used to eliminate puffiness around the eyes, reduce oiliness and ease acne. Ice facials can reduce swelling and inflammation, reduce signs of aging such as wrinkles and boost the skin’s healthy glow.
