1. Measure the right size

● First of all, get yourself a cloth measuring tape (alternately you can use any other kind of tape or cable and a ruler, although this method is more prone to error).

● Take all of your clothes so you can measure correctly. (If you are planning to use any kind of butt-enhancing shapewear or bodysuit, you should measure yourself wearing it)

● Measure your waist. Identify your hips by placing your feet together and, with your hands, search below the rib cage for the smallest part of your torso, that’s your waist.

● Measure your hips. Keeping your feet together, search for the widest part of your hip, that’s where you have to measure.

Now that you have your measures taken, there’s one more thing to consider before moving forward with styles and fabrics. Are you thinking of wearing a bodysuit or chastity device? Are you going to tuck yourself? If so, you should take this into account as it facilitates greatly the fitting of the panties. In this case, the measures you take will be more accurate, if not, you must look for panties with more fabric on the crotch area. Also, you can choose a more stretchy fabric making them fit better.

Bamboo Fiber

A soft, ergonomic, breathable and eco-friendly fabric, that’s easy to wear and perfect for the gym or any other physical activity. Bamboo fiber panties let you sweat through the fabric, preventing humidity and keeping you fresh. They are also perfect for hot summer days!

Breathable fabric

This fabric, along with the bamboo fiber and cotton panties, is perfect for working out. It comes in a wide variety of compositions since every manufacturer has its own formula but, personally, I love the no-show/seamless panties made by Victoria’s Secret; they fit really well and feel very soft against the skin.

3. Choose the right style

Now that you know your fabrics 101, it is time to choose the perfect style. One thing to remember: looking for panties with elastic in the leg holes will help you keep your bits safely where they belong. Once again, if you’re wearing a chastity device or bodysuit or are perfectly tucked, then you may not take this into account.

Gaff

The gaff is, in simple terms, a very tight-fitting piece of cloth, especially aimed to keep you safely tucked, designed with crossdressers and transgendered in mind. They come in different shapes such as bikini and thong, to name a few, and are extremely useful when going out en femme, giving you the assurance that no nasty bulk will show through your clothes even when you are wearing leggings or a tight fitted skirt!

Thongs/v-string

Secondly, you may want to buy 1 size bigger than your normal size, especially if it’s lace.

Bikini

In my opinion, the most comfortable panty style, bikinis provide support in all the right places. They usually feature a wide crotch, enough to fit everything just fine and elastic leg holes for extra security. This is one of those styles that allows you safely experiment with different kinds of fabrics to find your personal favorite!

Boyshorts

Inspired on men’s briefs, boyshorts are simply the easiest style to choose the correct size. Although being an easy choice, they aren’t as sexy or feminine as some of the other options here, but don’t discard them so quickly: there are some very cute ones that are very comfortable to wear.

Cheeky/Cheekini
