More recently, on social media, you may have come across the idea of “microdosing” things into your lifestyle, whether this is in relation to spending a few minutes each day learning something new or practicing meditation. This is usually translated as meaning to slowly introduce new things in your life without making any big jump or change.

This means that it’s perfect for those who wish to sprinkle something new into their everyday lives. This is where we come to the marriage between micro dosing and living a more feminine lifestyle.

I thought it would be worth putting together some things that someone who is either still shy about their crossdressing desires or who is fully open with them could do in their life to make them feel just that bit closer to their true femininity. These ideas below will range in scale of confidence but should be achievable for almost anyone.

This article is for you if you’re a confident crossdresser. It’s also for those wanting to explore a more feminine lifestyle but are unsure where to begin. I can only offer suggestions from my own life and how these things have helped me connect with that side of me!

A Faux Make-Up Routine

If you are not yet confident enough to apply small pieces of makeup for your everyday look, there is always the faux makeup routine. This helps give you the impression and the feeling that you’re doing things like applying foundation or lipstick without actually doing so. And the best part? No one will question you if you’re worried about looking too feminine in front of family or friends.

The routine consists of first applying moisturizer to your face, neck, ears, and arms after taking your nightly or morning shower. This helps reduce dry skin and will slow all the signs of aging. You can also pick a moisturizer that looks more feminine or masculine. As stated, no one is suddenly going to get suspicious of you for taking care of your skin!

There is also the use of lip balm, whether this is from a small pot or the more feminine, lipstick-type lip balm. This will create the look and feel of that stunning ruby red lipstick you love. But really, it just keeps your lips beautifully soft. A bonus if you apply the lip balm in the borrow and in the same style that you would apply lipstick in. As I’ve stated at length, no one is going to pick you up on this, as you’re simply taking care of yourself.

Treat Yourself: Fragrances and Lotion

Now that you’re all moisturized, let’s get you smelling right! There are so many cute fragrances on the market now that you can use in the shower or bath. Roses, honey, and fresh bedding are all available via Amazon or by visiting a local supermarket. You know you want to smell of roses as your skin becomes softer and softer, so why wait around?

Again, no one in a store is going to think twice about you grabbing some sweet-smelling lotion. Trust me, sis, you’re worrying too much about how other people might see you. And if you feel a bit too shy to go out and get these things, then there are other ways. Online shopping is one, and then you can order all of this from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

The idea here is that you take some time out in the day to pamper yourself, not because you need to but because you want to. There are so many options now when it comes to beauty treatments for men. If you can’t find anything, then go searching for the ones made for women. You know that women have a more luxurious, feminine feeling to them.

Pink, Everything Pink! (Or Pastels)

Now, we get to the really fun stuff! And this all depends on how confident you are with your femininity. Of course, your confidence will grow with time, but some of us would rather take a slow dip than plunge into the pool. I will go over various pieces of clothing that you may choose to pick up in what could be seen as a slightly more feminine color.

Outerwear

These days, clothes that may have once been only seen as being worn by women have finally been accepted as unisex items.

I’m thinking of adorable fake fur jackets in baby blue or pastel yellow. Just think about your soft moisturised skin with its rose scent covered up warm in a baby blue jacket and its white fur resting on your cheeks. Nice right?

Everyday wear

Today, we have plenty of options for everyday clothes. These choices can make us feel and look more feminine.
One clear example is a pair of pink shorts. You can find pairs that are more on the baggy side or with pockets and still considered feminine. These days, it’s a matter of personal choice.

Don’t get me wrong; there is nothing wrong with a pair of baggy pink shorts that fall below the knees. But don’t forget the adorable American style short shorts which show off those long sexy legs and your firm ass.

For the winter, why not treat yourself to a pair of knee-high socks? You could pair them with shorts or, even better, a skirt.

Don’t worry if you’re feeling a bit too shy for a skirt. There is always a way to hide what you are wearing. For example, a pair of loose-fitting jogging bottoms or jeans could work and hide what’s beneath them.

Feminine Underwear: Start Small

For underwear, I think the options are limitless. We are spoiled rotten with choices. To start with, you may still choose to wear what could be seen as traditional men’s underwear. However, nothing is stopping you from choosing briefs or men’s bikini-cut boxers, which will give you the feeling of being in panties while also giving you some freedom and air down there.

If you’re feeling a bit more daring, you could look at a fairly simple pair of women’s panties—nothing too special if it’s your first time!

They will feel soft against your skin, not only because of their material but also because they are a woman’s cut.

A regular pair fits around your waist and hips, and the fabric falls down over your thighs and crotch. They’re a great way to introduce something more feminine into your life.

The next bigger step is to purchase a pair of full women’s panties, which come in various styles, such as bikini cut, g-string, or even thong.

These are definitely a step up from your basic pair of women’s panties, and the feel is a whole new experience, especially for a man.

The fabric is going to be a lot thinner and softer, meaning that it is a lot closer to the skin, especially on the bum and crotch. They could also contain lace or frills and they would come in a whole host of different colours and patterns. For the added touch, you can find pairs of panties specifically designed for those more into sissy play.

Bras: Bonus Feminine Touch

Just because we may not have a naturally feminine chest doesn’t mean we can’t play with the idea of wearing a bra. Bras come in all shapes, sizes, materials, and colors, and it’s the perfect way to explore what may work for you. There are even bras designed specifically for men and made with our unique bodies in mind!

Accessories: Pearls and Feminine Touches

Now that we have you with beautifully moisturized skin and a hint of flowers in your baby pink top and shorts (as long as it’s not winter), let’s get your accessories sorted!

The number one accessory that is so feminine yet is becoming more unisex is the pearl necklace. So many male celebrities are now wearing them that they’ve become much more accepted and, therefore, an adorable item for anyone wanting to show their feminine side more.

There are so many beautiful types of pearls to choose from and at a range of prices. The colors they come in can vary from the traditional smooth cream to pale pinks or darker purples. There really is no excuse not to get one!
