As your fellow trans girl, I’ll teach you these 7 tricks and how you too can apply them.

As much as I would never judge you for indulging in a little ice cream here and then, if your goal is to have a feminine body, you should pay more attention to what you eat.
The right foods can make a huge difference in how your body looks, even if you’re not doing Hormone Replacement Therapy.
But this doesn’t mean that you should starve yourself or just eat fruits and vegetables.
What I mean is that you should prioritize eating foods that will help you achieve your goals.
If you don’t know where to start, here are a few things you should know:
- Proteins Can Grow Your Booty Like Crazy
I’m not even kidding when I say that proteins have helped me go from a rectangle shape to having a rounder and plumper butt.
That’s because they help you build muscle that can give you your desired feminine shape.
Some more great options you can try are tofu, eggs, chicken, fish, and even legumes.
- Veggies Can Give You Soft and Smooth Skin
Because they have high fiber content and are packed with lots of nutrients, leafy vegetables, and fruits can help you radiate from within.
This will help you look more youthful and more feminine. If you’re not a big fan of eating them, you can always use them to make a smoothie.
- Healthy Fats Can Boost Your Booty Gains
Healthy fats from avocados, nuts, and olive oil give you the nutrients that you need to promote muscle growth in your booty.
They also keep your skin and hair looking radiant and beautiful.
Lastly, remember that all these are pointless if you don’t drink enough water.
Hydrating will keep your skin looking healthy and give you a natural and feminine glow.
Do These 3 Workouts Every Day
The next way you can feminize your body is by working out. But here’s where it gets tricky, doing just any workout won’t get you your goals.
For example, jogging in the morning does nothing to help you achieve a feminine silhouette, so you have to be intentional about which workouts you prioritize.
Instead of racking your brain and spending hours researching, I’ve summed them up for you to these 3.
Dance Workouts
Never underestimate the power of a good dance workout. Not only is it super fun, but it helps you connect with your feminine and creative energy.
Some of my favorite dance workouts that can help you define your waist and hips are:
- Belly dancing
- Salsa
- Pole dancing

Butt Workouts
The second workout that will help you feminize your body is butt and glutes workout.
What most trans women don’t know is that your butt is a muscle like any other, and when you work it out.
Some great butt workouts that will help you get a peach butt are:
- Squats
- Lunges
- Deadlifts
- Hip thrusts
Do these at least 3 times a week, combine them with protein-heavy meals, and thank me later.
Core Workouts
The last exercise to feminize your body is core workouts. These will give you that snatched waistline that will give the illusion of an hourglass figure.
Some of my favorite core workouts are:
- 15 minutes planks
- 30 minutes of yoga or Pilates
Sit-ups don’t really do much for me, so I don’t recommend them. Also, avoid weighted side twists, as they build and bulk up your waist instead of slimming it down.
Don’t Neglect Your Hormonal Supplements
If you have a very muscular build, hormone supplements can really transform your body and give you a feminine silhouette.
These supplements work by adjusting your hormones to be like those of cis-gendered women.
For example, Estrogen can help soften your skin, promote breast growth, and distribute the fat in your body to get that feminine body.
If you’re on a budget, you can also take special herbs that increase estrogen.
On the other hand, Anti-Androgens can help reduce your testosterone level and erection frequency, feminize your face, and slow down body hair growth.
But before you reach out for any supplements that you can find, consult with a doctor to make sure it’s the right step for your overall health.
Clothes That Will Give You a Feminine Silhouette
After being consistent with your workouts and your diet, it would be a shape to wear baggy clothes that don’t fit your body type and show off your hard work.
And even if you’re not used to wearing figure-flattering clothes, there are some items that you can try that will still give you that feminine silhouette.
- Belts: Feminine belts with flowers and beautiful patterns can cinch your waist and give you an hourglass figure. Plus, you can wear this with loose-fitting clothes like blazers and skater dresses, and you’ll still look incredible.
- High-Waisted Pants: These pants never go out of style because of how flattering they are. Even if you have a bigger stomach, they can help hide it and make your waist look smaller than it is.
- A-Line Dresses and Skirts: These skirts and dresses fit well on your waist and then flare out to give you a graceful and feminine look. Because of their design, they can make your waist look smaller without being too tight on you.
- Layered blazers: These blazers usually have shoulder padding that makes them structured. They can give you a polished but feminine look, and you can wear them in the office and even out for brunch with your friends.
- Shapewear: You can never go wrong with a good high-waisted shapewear. It smooths out your curves and hugs your body in all the right places. My advice is that you invest in at least 3 pieces that you can wear even with jeans for that snatched look.
Remove All Body Hair
Although this is a completely optional step, it can help you feminize your body. Hairless skin is softer, smoother, and more feminine.
If you’re wondering how to remove body hair for femboys and sissies, here are some great options:
- Using an electric shaver
- Doing either a hot or cold wax
- Using hair removal creams
- Using epilators
- Going for laser hair removal
- Doing electrolysis
Invest in Quality Skincare for Your Skin Type
One of the things that scream elegance and femininity is smooth and glowing skin. However, I know that it doesn’t come easily, and building your skincare routine can take time, but trust me, it’s worth it.
But before you shop for any products, start by understanding your skin type. There are 5 main ones:
- Normal skin
- Oily skin
- Dry skin
- Sensitive skin
- Combination skin
Then, shop for products that are specific to your skin type. You can start with a basic skincare routine that follows these simple steps:
- Cleansing: Start with a gentle cleanser to remove any makeup and dirt on your face
- Exfoliating: At least once a week, use an exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and keep your skin baby-smooth
- Toner: Then use a toner to hydrate your skin, tighten your pores, and balance your skin’s pH level
- Moisturizing: After toning, use a moisturizer to hydrate and soften your skin.r skin type.
- Sunscreen: Lastly, use sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun and prevent premature aging.
Act and Think Like a Woman
Your diet and workouts may pay off to give you that feminine silhouette, but if you still have masculine tendencies, it may be hard for you to pass as a female in public.
That’s why you need to learn how to act and think like a woman. Here’s what I mean:
- Walking slowly and gracefully
- Talking softly and taking your time to pronounce your words
- Smiling more often and making eye contact with people
- Accepting compliments and using your hands when you’re speaking
- Sitting with your legs crossed, especially if you’re wearing a skirt or a dress
- Learning to accept help from people without feeling guilty
These manners don’t come naturally overnight, so don’t feel bad if they’re not second nature to you. Keep practicing, and soon, you’ll get the hang of it.
